Bring Mom and come and connect with wonderful women!

A workshop where you are challenged to confront the stories you have that are preventing you from living a more calm, joyful and fulfilling life.

This workshop will help you lean into the things that scare you the most and trust that love will guide you. The things that you fear the most have the greatest reward on the other side when you let go.

​Includes self work, group work, and movement.

Part 1 is in class where we will journal, find out what our everyday fears are, do some interactive group work, let out some emotions and get connected. Get ready for a lot of hugs and support from all your new friends!

Take a break for a snack. Bring your own or find something yummy on Main Street.

Part 2 is movement. We will go to a local studio and move our bodies. Where are we going ? It's a surprise ! But don't worry we will make sure that the movement is available to everyone no matter your health or level of physical fitness.

If this makes you nervous, that's ok ! It is the whole point. We want to work on sitting in that uncomfortable feeling and then pushing past our fear. We will already have created a safe, no judgement community from the morning session and that will be carried on into the movement.
